A shaken cocktail featuring Tequila Blanco, Yellow Chartreuse, Jägermeister.

Death Flip cocktail

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Tequila Blanco
  • 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 15 ml Jägermeister
  • 1 dash Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Nutmeg

Method

  1. Add Tequila Blanco, Yellow Chartreuse, Jägermeister, Simple Syrup and Egg to a shaker.
  2. Shake without ice until foamy.
  3. Add ice and shake until cold.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Optional garnish: freshly grated nutmeg.

Story

Chris Hysted-Adams created it at Melbourne's Black Pearl in 2010: tequila, Jägermeister, yellow Chartreuse and a whole egg. The menu warned that you would not want to try it, and would love it.
