Diki-Diki
A shaken cocktail featuring Apple Brandy, Swedish punsch, Grapefruit juice.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Apple Brandy
- 15 ml Swedish punsch
- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
Method
- Add Apple Brandy, Swedish punsch and Grapefruit Juice to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Story
Robert Vermeire's 1922 drink, named after the Sultan of Ubian in the Philippines, who was in the news at the time as a very small ruler with a very large number of wives.
