Division Bell

Ingredients

• 30 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Aperol
• 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Add Mezcal, Aperol, Maraschino Liqueur and Lime Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a grapefruit peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
