Ingredients

• 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 10 ml Maple syrup
• 2 dash Angostura cocoa bitters
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Islay Scotch Whisky, Maple syrup, Angostura cocoa bitters and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
