Dreamy Dorini Smoking Martini

Ingredients

• 60 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 1 dash Pernod

Method

1. Combine Vodka, Islay Scotch Whisky and Pernod in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
