Drunk Uncle
A stirred cocktail featuring Islay Scotch Whiskey, Cynar, Vermouth Bianco.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
- 22.5 ml Cynar
- 22.5 ml Vermouth Bianco
Method
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Stir the Islay whisky, Cynar and bianco vermouth with ice until cold.
- Strain into the chilled glass. Optionally garnish with grapefruit peel.
