Eel Bar’s Marianito

Ingredients

• 2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5 oz Rhum agricole
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Sweet Vermouth, Rhum agricole, Cointreau and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: green olive, orange twist.
