El Abuelo

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 oz Amaro
• 1 barspoon Spiced brown nectar
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 2 Saline solution

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Amaro, Spiced brown nectar, Orange Bitters, Angostura aromatic bitters and Saline solution in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a serving glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: sprig of thyme and an orange swath.
