Elder Fashion (Gin)

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 15 ml St-Germain
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Gin, St-Germain and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
