Electric Current Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Club soda

Method

1. Shake the gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice, reserving the soda.
2. Strain into a chilled highball glass and slowly add the club soda.
3. Optional egg-white variation: add one egg white to the still ingredients and shake without ice until foamy before adding ice.
4. Optional garnish: prairie Oyster in a shot glass.
