Endless Summer

Ingredients

• 30 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Campari
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 30 ml Pineapple Juice

Method

1. Add Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Pineapple Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a highball glass over fresh ice.
