Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 30 ml St-Germain
• 50 ml Apple Juice
• 10 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Add Gin, St-Germain, Apple Juice and Lime Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: cucumber.
