Ingredients

• 1.25 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Falernum
• 1 oz Sparkling wine
• 22.5 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 7.5 ml Vanilla syrup

Method

1. Pour the chilled sparkling wine into a chilled coupe.
2. Shake the vodka, lime juice, falernum, passionfruit syrup, and vanilla syrup with ice.
3. Double-strain slowly into the coupe; pause if the foam rises toward the rim.
4. Optional garnish: finely ground dried hibiscus.
