Ingredients

• 37.5 ml Scotch Whisky
• 30 ml St-Germain
• 22.5 ml Cynar
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Scotch Whisky, St-Germain, Cynar and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
