Flannel Shirt

Ingredients

• 52.5 ml Scotch Whisky
• 45 ml Apple Cider
• 15 ml Amaro Averna
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
• 0.5 barspoon Allspice dram
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Scotch Whisky, Apple Cider, Amaro Averna, Lemon Juice, Demerara Syrup, Allspice dram and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
