Ingredients: 50 ml Sake; 15 ml Mezcal; 15 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto; 0.2 ml Bitters; 0.15 ml Saline solution

A stirred cocktail featuring Sake, Mezcal, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.

Ingredients

50 ml Sake
15 ml Mezcal
15 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
0.2 ml Bitters
0.15 ml Saline solution

Method

Chill a Nick & Nora glass.
Add the sake, mezcal, Italicus and any optional bitters and saline to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until cold, then strain into the chilled glass.
