French Pearl

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 7.5 ml Pernod
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 6 piece Mint Leaves

Method

1. Gently muddle the Mint Leaves with lime juice and syrup in the shaker before adding the gin, Pernod, and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
