A built cocktail featuring Vermouth Bianco, Suze, Mezcal.

Fumata Bianca cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vermouth Bianco
  • 1 oz Suze
  • 0.5 oz Mezcal
  • 1 Club soda

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
  2. Add Vermouth Bianco, Suze, Mezcal.
  3. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
  4. Optional garnish: grapefruit twist.
  5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a grapefruit peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
