Gemišt
A built cocktail featuring White wine, Club soda.
Ingredients
- 150 ml White wine
- 100 ml Club soda
Method
- Chill the white wine and sparkling water.
- Pour both into a glass and stir gently once. Serve cold; ice is optional.
Story
Croatian white wine with sparkling water, from the German 'gemischt', mixed. The summer drink of the continental north; the coastal version with still water is called bevanda.
