Ingredients

• 30 ml Dark Rum
• 45 ml Pineapple Juice
• 30 ml Ancho Reyes
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add Dark Rum, Pineapple Juice, Ancho Reyes, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
4. Optional garnish: lime wheel and a sprinkle of ancho powder.
