Gin Blossom

Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 45 ml Vermouth Bianco
• 22.5 ml Apricot Liqueur
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Gin, Vermouth Bianco, Apricot Liqueur and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of an orange peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
