A stirred cocktail featuring Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura aromatic bitters.

Gin & It cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

  1. Combine Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and diluted.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
