Good Christian Pear

Ingredients

• 45 ml Pear Brandy (Williams)
• 30 ml Honey Syrup
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 3 dash Absinthe

Method

1. Add Pear Brandy (Williams), Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice and Absinthe to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: a pear slice or lemon wheel.
