A shaken cocktail featuring Cask-Proof Whiskey, Grapefruit juice, Malört.

Grapefruit Reviver cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Cask-Proof Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Malört
  • 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup

Method

  1. Add Cask-Proof Whiskey, Grapefruit Juice, Malört and Demerara Syrup to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Optional garnish: dehydrated lime wheel (or fresh).
