Grapefruit Soda
A lightly sweet, saline grapefruit refresher.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Soda Water
- 1 Salt
Method
- Add grapefruit, syrup, and a small pinch of salt to an ice-filled highball.
- Top with soda water and stir briefly.
