Ingredients

• 60 ml White Rum
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Simple Syrup
• 5 ml Absinthe
• 7.5 ml Maraschino Liqueur

Method

1. Add White Rum, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Absinthe and Maraschino Liqueur to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
