A stirred cocktail featuring Mezcal, Cynar, Dry Vermouth.

Guillotine cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth

Method

  1. Combine Mezcal, Cynar and Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and diluted.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
