Ingredients

• 45 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml Demerara Syrup
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
• 15 ml Orange Juice
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 15 ml Pineapple Juice

Method

1. Add Bourbon Whiskey, Demerara Syrup, Grenadine Syrup, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Angostura aromatic bitters and Pineapple Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a coupe over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: pineapple wedge, citrus wheel, or pineapple fronds.
