Ingredients: 45 ml Vodka; 90 ml Orange Juice; 15 ml Galliano

A built cocktail featuring Vodka, Orange juice, Galliano.

Ingredients

45 ml Vodka
90 ml Orange Juice
15 ml Galliano

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice and stir together the vodka and orange juice.
Slowly pour the Galliano over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
Optional garnish: long curl of orange peel.

Story

Largely a 1970s marketing creation for Galliano, complete with a cartoon surfer named Harvey who kept walking into walls. It sold a great deal of Galliano.
