Haymaker

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml Rye Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Espresso
• 22.5 ml Coffee Liqueur
• 30 ml Orgeat

Method

1. Add Rye Whiskey, Espresso, Coffee Liqueur and Orgeat to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: whipped cream, sea salt, instant coffee powder.
