Heart of Stone

Ingredients

• 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 22.5 ml Cynar
• 3 Saline solution

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth, Cynar and Saline solution in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional flamed-orange finish: briefly warm the skin side of an orange peel with a lit match, then squeeze the peel’s oils through the flame above the drink. Extinguish the match and use the peel as garnish.
