Hot Oaxacan Penicillin
A built cocktail featuring Tequila Reposado, Mezcal, Ginger syrup.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila Reposado
- 15 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml Ginger syrup
- 7.5 ml Honey Syrup
- 120 ml Water
Method
- Warm a heatproof mug with hot water and empty it.
- Add the tequila, mezcal, ginger syrup, and honey syrup.
- Pour in the measured hot water and stir. Serve warm without ice.
- Optional garnish: lemon wheel.
