How Bout Them Salty Apples

Ingredients

• 45 ml Apple Brandy
• 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 15 ml Cynar
• 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
• 1 barspoon Allspice dram

Method

1. Combine Apple Brandy, Sweet Vermouth, Cynar, Demerara Syrup and Allspice dram in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: apple fan.
