Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth; 22.5 ml Dry Vermouth; 7.5 ml Orange Juice; 2 Angostura Aromatic Bitters

A shaken cocktail featuring Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth.

Ingredients

45 ml Gin
22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
22.5 ml Dry Vermouth
7.5 ml Orange Juice
2 Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

Add Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, Orange Juice and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
Add ice and shake until cold.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Optional garnish: orange wedge.

Story

A Bronx cocktail with a dash of bitters, named around the introduction of the modern US income tax in 1913, when it was equally unavoidable.
