Industry Sour

Ingredients

• 30 ml Fernet-Branca
• 1 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Lime Juice

Method

1. Add Fernet-Branca, Green Chartreuse, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: dehydrated Lime Wheel.
