Irish Maid

Ingredients

• 60 ml Irish Whiskey
• 15 ml St-Germain
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 2 piece Cucumber

Method

1. Muddle the cucumber slices in the shaker before adding the liquids and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: a cucumber slice.
