Italicus Spritz

Ingredients

• 60 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• 60 ml White wine
• 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 60 ml Club soda

Method

1. Combine Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, White wine and Passionfruit syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
