Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 3 piece Cucumber
• 1 piece Mint Leaves

Method

1. Gently muddle the cucumber in the shaker; lightly press the Mint Leaves as you add it.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Optional finish: place a drop of rosewater on a Mint Leaves-leaf garnish and dot aromatic bitters over the drink.
6. Optional garnish: Mint Leaves leaf.
