Jungle Cruise

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Prosecco

Method

1. Add the pineapple juice, gin, Campari, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker, reserving the Prosecco.
2. Add two ice cubes broken into small pieces and shake until they have mostly melted.
3. Pour the mixture into a highball glass, then gently add the Prosecco.
4. Optional garnish: dehydrated pineapple slice.
