Keoke Coffee

Ingredients

• 60 ml Coffee
• 22.5 ml Crème de Cacao (Dark)
• 22.5 ml Brandy
• 1 barspoon Simple Syrup
• 1 Cream

Method

1. Warm a heatproof mug with hot water, then empty it.
2. Add the crème de cacao, brandy, and syrup.
3. Pour in hot coffee, leaving space for the cream.
4. Lightly whip the cream until pourable, then float it over the back of a spoon. Serve warm.
5. Optional garnish: ground cinnamon.
