Kingstone Negroni
A stirred cocktail featuring Jamaican Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Campari.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Jamaican Rum
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
Method
- Combine Jamaican Rum, Sweet Vermouth and Campari in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and diluted.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Optional garnish: orange slice.

Joaquín Simó's 2009 Negroni with Smith & Cross, a pot-still Jamaican rum, in place of gin, named for the Jamaican capital.
