Lavender & Espresso
A shaken cocktail featuring Vodka, Espresso, Amaro Averna.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1.25 oz Espresso
- 0.5 oz Amaro Averna
- 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lavender syrup
Method
- Add the vodka, espresso, Averna, coffee liqueur and lavender syrup to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and foamy.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Optionally garnish with three coffee beans.
