Lite Treason

Ingredients

• 45 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Coffee Liqueur
• 15 ml Cynar
• 1 Cream
• 15 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Lightly whip the cream with the optional syrup to taste, until it is thickened but still pourable.
2. Stir the vodka, coffee liqueur, and Cynar with ice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Spoon the whipped cream over the surface. Optional variation: flavor the cream with a little mezcal before whipping.
5. Optional garnish: grated coffee bean.
