Little Italy
A stirred cocktail featuring Rye whiskey, Cynar, Sweet Vermouth.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Rye Whiskey
- 15 ml Cynar
- 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
Method
- Combine Rye Whiskey, Cynar and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Optional garnish: cocktail cherry.
