Manager's Meeting

Ingredients

• 52.5 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 15 ml Cointreau
• 1 dash Mole Bitters

Method

1. Combine Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, Cointreau and Mole Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional flamed-orange finish: briefly warm the skin side of an orange peel with a lit match, then squeeze the peel’s oils through the flame above the drink. Extinguish the match and use the peel as garnish.
