Mexican Razor Blade

Ingredients

• 60 ml Tequila Blanco
• 30 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 2 piece Cucumber

Method

1. Lightly press the cucumber in the shaker before adding the liquids and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: cucumber slice and piquín chile, cayenne or other powdered chile.
