Ingredients: 30 ml White Rum; 15 ml Honey Syrup; 22.5 ml Lime Juice; 15 piece Mint Leaves; 15 ml Peach liqueur; 15 ml Pineapple Juice

A blended cocktail featuring Light Rum, Honey Syrup, Lime juice.

Ingredients

30 ml White Rum
15 ml Honey Syrup
22.5 ml Lime Juice
15 piece Mint Leaves
15 ml Peach liqueur
15 ml Pineapple Juice

Method

Put White Rum, Honey Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint Leaves, Peach liqueur, Pineapple Juice in a blender with crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Optional garnish: pineapple wedge, bouquet of fresh Mint Leaves, powdered sugar and an orchid.

Story

A Don the Beachcomber drink from the 1930s, blended with mint and pineapple, whose name promised what a few of them would do to a man of the cloth.
