A shaken cocktail featuring Bourbon Whiskey, Aperol, Lemon juice.

Ingredients

45 ml Bourbon Whiskey
15 ml Aperol
22.5 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
7.5 ml Islay Scotch Whisky

Method

Shake the Bourbon Whiskey, Aperol, lemon juice, and syrup with ice, reserving the Islay whisky.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Slowly float the Islay whisky over the back of a spoon.
