Monte Cassino

Ingredients

• 0.75 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Bénédictine
• 0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Method

1. Add Rye Whiskey, Bénédictine, Yellow Chartreuse and Lemon Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: lemon peel.
