A shaken cocktail featuring Rhum agricole, Lime juice, Demerara Syrup.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Rhum agricole
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Demerara Syrup
- 7.5 ml Campari
Method
- Shake the rhum, lime juice, and demerara syrup with ice, reserving the Campari.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Slowly pour the Campari down the inside of the glass so it sinks through the drink.
- Optional garnish: freshly cracked black pepper.
